Is the Heritage seat taller than the Fatboy seat?

Thinking about picking up a Heritage seat for my Fatboy. Looks more comfortable although not sure how it will look. Is this seat taller than the Fatboy seat? Look's like it is from photos and I guess it would be a way to give me an extra inch or two of height to keep my apes legal at shoulder height.

I always thought they were the same with a little differant edging

Anybody know off hand? In photos it looks like the Heritage might have more padding and and be maybe a couple inches taller.

On my 03 Fat Boy had back problems. Put on the Heitage seat. Much more comfortable and better support. The seat looks like it sits lower.

Heritage seat height is 25.4", Fat Boy is 25.5".
