Has anyone put a bigger than stock front tire on Heritage?
Hello all, I put this question to the tires and wheels forum but didn't get any definitive answers. I also did a couple searches to no avail. Has anyone put a larger than stock front tire on their Heritage Softail? I would like to carry the FAT look to the next level if possible. It will be on an '04 model, if that makes a difference. Anyway, not looking for taller profile, I want it to look even fatter than the stock tire but not interfere with fender clearances.

YES, I am running a METZLER 140 x 18 on the front of my 02 Heritage, still have excess real estate under the fender which I will likely take up by lowering a fender over it, hope this helps.
I"m running a rear tire on the front which is wider than the designated front, plus I like the tread pattern better, I've had it on for awhile and haven't had any problems with rain or anything else , and there is room to go bigger, but I don't want to go bigger than what I can run on the rear.
