Fuel leaking

Ok here's what I found out ,

The Advanced part # 64492.1 , is the right size = 10mm X 14mm X 2mm

It is NOT for use with fuel however, not too much else I could find out about it though.

The John Deere part # R26286 is the right size and is made of Nitril so it's fuel safe, this is the one I put in and my leak is fixed .

Thanks for the part #'s , mine came out in brittle pieces so matching it up wasn't really an option.

Eh Duce ... glad to hear ya didnt have to rely on the stealer ... the 'OD & the ID is in fact the correct size regardless what someone may tell you, As long as you no longer have a leak is all that matters. Log the part# & stow it away in your little black book for future reference.

that's what i was saying o-ring 10mm x 14mm x 2mm does not come in your standard or metric assortment of o-rings that's way it's an oddball,just can't run to the store and grab one.now everyone knows what it takes to fix this problem,that's what makes this forum such a great place!
