01 Fatboy Rebuild Question (PowerCommander)

I recently rebuilt my 2001 fatboy. I put a big bore kit on with 203 cams and hydrolic cam tensioners. I started her up to make sure everything was fine considering this is the first time I have ever done anything with a motorcycle. I am pleased to say shes not leaking anywhere and she sounds great.

My question come in concerning the performance of the engine now. Ive been told that it would be best to get a powercommander and get it dyno'd. I don't know what I should be looking for and I am basically just looking for general information about this topic. Any help?

Also if anyone has any other upgrade suggestions I'd love to hear them. I'll post pictures soon.
