Running wires under gas tank

Have a 2006 fuel injected Deluxe. I would like to run speaker, amp and power wires under the gas tank. Can I raise the tank high enough to pull wires without completely removing the tank from the bike? How high will the tank raise just removing the front tank bolt and rear screw?

I was able to lift the tank some on my streetglide. Found it wasnt really high enough to work the wiring. But since I only need ONE wire, I was able to use a long piece of TIG wire as a 'fish'. worked fine and never had to remove the tank. YRMV..... good luck

On my wide glide can only get about an inch. fuel line comes off easy. then there are a lot of wires in the way.
