Question for those running Progressive 422s

Been thinking about lowering the rear of my softail. According to what i've read, the 422s will go 2 in lower than stock. I'd like to lower it about 1 in but don't want to sacrifice ride quality. So, that's my question. How do these shocks compare to the stock ride? Also, any problem bottoming out when riding two-up?

I'm about an 1-1/2" lower than stock, the ride is far better than stock. As long as you adjust the preload to compensate for a passenger, you'll be fine riding 2-up.
