Attention Rocker owners- Possible recall
I realized that my belt was rubbing on the swing arm of my bike and it's getting worse. So I decided to take it to the stealer so they could check it out. They said that it definitely looks like a design issue. The belt looks to be perfectly in line, but just WAY to close to the swing arm. I have heard that these belts track naturally to the outside of the rear sprocket. It wouldn't be a big deal to me, but changing a belt is a BIG PAIN IN THE ASS!
I am not 100% sure that there will be a recall, maybe i just got a bad swing arm or they forgot to put in spacers, but no matter how I align the rear tire it still rubs on that DAMN swing arm
Just wanted to give fellow Rocker owners a heads up and for you to check to see if your belt is rubbing on your swing arm as well

I just got off the phone with tech guy from Harley- I'm getting a new swing arm AND belt. He called harley up and they DID SAY that they were having issues with the belt rubbing on the swing arm.
So any rocker owners get your bike into the stealership and get a new swing arm and belt put on!

The "Rocker" should be recalled just for being the ugliest bike ever designed by Harley.

It's funny that SO many people on this site HATE the rocker, but there have been countless times that people come up to me and compliment me on the bike.
Sorry i didn't want to be LIKE EVERYONE ELSE and own a Road King or a Night Train or a Fat boy

That's because they probably don't own a bike or all the chrome they have put on theirs has not made them the "Rock Star" that they thought it should. Nice of you to post the "heads up" for the other Rocker owners.

I am sure there are people reading the post and getting good info out of it. Don't let the nah sayers stop you from posting. As long as you enjoy your bike who cares what they think. And if you help even one person with a similar issue, it was all worth it. THANKS AGAIN !

They aren't going to keep me from posting, but it just gets real annoying when anytime I post something about the Rocker it automatically goes to "that bike is FUGLY" or "WHY DID YOU WASTE YOUR MONEY"???
Anyway's, I'll keep everyone posted once I get the bike back. Should be sometime next week

One of the greatest things about owning a Harley, any Harley [aside from riding it] is all the
options you have to customize and get the look you want.
When I bought my softail standard in 04, some criticized buying a Harley with little or no chrome. Some thought it was ugly.
I just laughed and told them most of the chrome they paid extra for would be tossed.
I already had an idea what I wanted to do with this bike with aftermarket parts.
It took a few years but my friends aren't criticizing any more.
One of my friends rides a rocker and he just ordered the Heartland rear fender kit.
I can't wait to see it. The bike has a lot of potential.

Yeah the rockers definitely do have potential. I bought the bike because I LOVE the way it looks. (even if people don't agree with me) By the way...your bike LOOKS SICK!!!! Definitely liked what you did to it
The heartland kit looks good, but it's just SO expensive. I'm just planning on lowering mine to close the gap in between the seat and the fender.(still keeping the rocker tail)
