03 Flscti Loud Screeching Noise

Hello Brothers and sisters. WOndering if you can help me solve this mystery. Have a 2003 FLSTCI, 35K miles. After stopping at atraffic light I proceeded to make a turn. After shiffting and gaining speed I heard this loud screeching sound. I thought it was the car in fornt of me but he turned and the noise was still present. I pulled to the side and turned the engine off. I inspected the bike in the wheel area, smelled for smoke or any damage. I rolled the bike forward and back and did not notice anything wierd. I started the bike, no noise. I got back on the road and about fifty yards, 25 mph 2nd gear the loud screeching sound came back on. Again I pulled to the side and it stopped. Motor still running. Confused I headed for my local Harley dealership which was about 3 miles away. The sound DID NOT COme back on. I left it witht he dealership to check things out.
35k check up recently. Brake pads and breaks works okay
Any ideas out there?

I have a 03 deuce that made a schreeching nose was the belt out of adjustment check that.

I had a Lowrider that made the same sound, but ONLY in 4th gear. Turned out they forgot to put oil in the tranny after the 500 mile service.
