Well I pulled the trigger and went with a RoadGlide. The crossbones is heading down the road. I will be getting rid of it in June.

I already have the trade in all set johnny but thanks. I will miss it. It was my first Harley and I have had a ton of fun with it. If I didn't get such a good deal on the RG I'd still have it.

Be interested whay u think of it ,was looking at changing the FB for a RK but I have only had it for 18months from new and don't want to loose money right know.

As the fairing on these is fixed, did it freak you out the first time you turned?

I really didn't pay any attention to the fairing when turning, you really don't notice it. It rides so nice and handles great for a big bike. I loved the crossbones but I was sinking money in it and still not getting what I was looking for, plus I started riding a lot more than I thought I would when I first bought it. That was the main reason of switching to the touring bike.

A sad day indeed. I won't sell my fatboy when I get a bagger. I'll wait until I can have both. Looks like it's gonna be a while though.
