Heritage saddlebags back plastic cracked

My friend took his saddle bags off his bike to clean them and noticed that the back plastic was cracked along the top.(almost the whole length) Does anyone know of a company that can replace the backing or where I can find used saddle bag that are not beat up, his look almost new

Thanks

Marc

Try this place:

http://www.bossbags.com/heritage.html

I'm sending them my bags as opposed to doing it myself. They may very well be able to repair your friend's bag.

Back when I had to replace the bags on my heritage, I scored a great deal on ebay - $350 NEW for BOTH.

Have you considered gluing it for a cheap fix?

Not sure what caused them to crack. It may have had a small crack by the bolts and over time just got bigger.
