My guess is they will offer another springer model in 2010 or 2011 whenever they stop the CVO Springer. And BTW, they are still making the Crossbones that has a Springer front end. If they sell 3000-4000 Bones a year and another 3000-4000 Springers with another model, they are probably making enough of them to justify keeping the front end in the lineup.

your right but to use logic with Harley is crazy, there are allot of parts that will fit other bikes but they don't make them.

It's always a toss up to me on whether the wide glide or the springer is the nicest front end.

These CVO Springers do look good and I hope it's a good sign for next year to have a "Springer Softail Standard" or something.

I really like the blue one.




Couldn't find the third color.

They look like they've got a much better front brake (2 piston vs one) than the Cross Bones. Except for the seat I really like the X-Bones too.

My fav is the 07 Red (Canyon Copper?) one. I just prefer the 21 inch front wheel on that bike.
