Smile Softails With DTT or Thundermax...

Okay,

Anyone got a Softail and is running the Daytona TwinTec or the Zippers (Thunderheart) Thundermax system? How did you install your O2 sensors so that they looked the best and were discrete? Pix? Thanks!

I have an 06 Softail Deluxe so almost the same bike.. what I did is I bought a new set up V&H Big Shots (Long) that were designed for 07 so that they already had the o2 bungs built in. Then I just screwed the o2 sensors in and off I went... they work excellent! Should be exactly the same on a Fat Boy.

Did the same thing except my pipe is a Bassani Road Rage. On the Rinehart I had before I lined up the sensors with the pipes mounted, marked the centers for drilling and then removed them and installed the bungs. You need to be very careful on the front pipe if you have or ever intend to install an oil cooler, the fit is very tight with the oil cooler.
