Hate my side mount licence plate
I just put on my 2012 blackline a side mount plate , roto jr. I'm hating the look of side plate now I'm switching back 1 week later to original position under fender. What a mistake

I love side mount plate until I lost it 2 months ago, too much vibration on my Dyna swing arm, broke right off! Now it is mounted on the rear fender.

Looks good on a lot of bike but my blackline really makes you notice how skinny back tire is. I love my blackline but wish they didn't put the 144 on them

I have never liked the look of side mounted plates. Every time I see one, my head reflexively tilts to the side for a second. I don't really want to read the number on the plate, but it seems to just happens. When it does happen, I get annoyed. I wouldn't want to impose that on anyone else.

Have your parts department at the dealer order a mount for the Australian market. In Australia, the side mounts are Illegal and so this model will have a rear mount for the plate.

You can order the rear mount from a Canadian dealer as well, side mount is illegal in BC.
