Fort Worth Chapter

Im moving to the Fort Worth area in a couple of months. Does anyone have any information on the chapter there? I got on the web site, they look as if they are pretty active.

You might look at the Longhorn Chapter. It is in Grand Prairie and is a very active chapter.

FTW HOG is 600+ members, less than 100 actually active in anything. They ride a fair amount but they tend to do the same stuff over and over, especially riding some place to eat (almost always bbq). Road captains are pretty good for the most part, officers are ok, director is kind of snooty IMHO. I joined them, didn't really seem to fit in so I quit riding with them. You'll have to make up you're own mind, I recommend checking out the other chapters in the area and see where you mesh. Longhorn Chapter is very active, worth a look as well.

Thanks for that. Ive had a few people tell me the same thing. The Fort Worth chapter would be logistically the best for me. I'm moving to Weatherford. But Im definitely going to check out other chapters. Our chapter here in San Antonio is great! We rode to Enchanted Rock State Park yesterday and had a picnic. Nice ride and a great day.
