Yesterday is history; tomorrow is a mystery. Today is a gift - that's why its called the "present". I've guest rode with a HOG chapter that had their own HD Ford chase truck for stops . . . they provided cold water, soda and beer. Back in the day I believed rules and guidelines were to be broken. I also said I'd never go straight. That was back in the day <grin>. The guys I ride with today on HOG rides don't drink/use because they make that choice; they also choose to conform to the structure within the HOG guidelines. ******** glad you like the pic's, steveusmc. I was stationed at MCAS Kaneohe Bay from Jul '86 - Jul '88. What a GREAT 2 years that was. For awhile I lived in the bachelor officers quarters up on the hill and then later shared a home with a close friend in Kailua....Wanaoo Rd/Loop/Circle (can't remember which) It was a 3-bedroom with pool..and gardener, pool guy, etc. Rent was $1,700 a month in '87. And, if I remember correctly, the house could have been purchased for about $250K. It is probably near the million dollar mark by now.

I loved riding there. But..my most favorite past time was to go to Hanama Bay and just chill....feed the fish frozen peas...and watch people jump in the toilet bowl. Oh..and watch the ladies too. It's hard to believe I was only 32 years old then....and actually had a six-pack that you could see.

My wife and I may be in Oahu for vacation later in the year. Do you guys by chance have a HOG member named Rick Conner? Rides a very nice chopper.

Sorry to go off on a tangent on this thread. I sure look forward to more pictures.
