Do you guys think a mid 90s dyna thunderheader will fit on a fxr frame? thinking of bidding on one on ebay..and im pretty sure i can make it work, just wandered if anyone else had done this?

Post up the results for us.

I just bought some Bubs for mine. Supposed to fit early Dyna... Well see if it works.

I also just found a V&H Pro-Pipe for a Dyna locally for $75 bucks. Gonna pick it up too and give it a try.

Both Supertrapp & D&D Fatcat Still make exhausts for FXR . I just phoned.

V&H Pro-Pipe off a 98 Dyna is a perfect fit. Bolted one up today on my 85 FXRS.
Had to fab one very simple support bracket fot the muffler was all.

I'll post pictures tomorrow.

Also mocked up my new Bub's 2" shotguns from a
early Dyna today. They should also be a perfect fit.
Will post pics of those soon too.
