FXR 32T 70T How many teeth belt needed

Hi Guys,

I want to Change My final drive from 32t 61t to 32t 70t to make the most or the 24t 37t primary ratio,
Im guessing my current belt wont fit,
any one know how many teeth required for the drive belt?
I can get a 140t belt cheap,, sound about right?

Hi DanNZ,
For a 32/70 combination on an FXR you need a 136 tooth belt. I know because that is the combination I have on mine, and I put a new belt on it not long ago. I know there is not much difference between a 140 and a 136, but dont be tempted, thinking you will just tighten it a bit more, because it will be way too long, and you will run out of adjustment before the belt is up to tension.
