Welcome to the Forum!
Depends on the mileage. My 1984 Evo at 100,000 miles at idle on a hot day would read about 2 lbs. (At higher rpm the pressure came up.) The bike ran fine, but it was disconcerting. Given the motor has roller bearings (vs pressure bearings) they need good lubricant volume but not as much pressure as a sleeved bearing.
The OLD Harleys had total loss oil systems with oil supplied by a hand pump. On the "fuel" tank, one side was gas, the other side was oil. (Stylistically we see more modern HDs reflecting this heritage with twin "gas caps" - one real - one fake or a fuel gage.) When the engine began to rattle around too much, it was time to squirt some more oil in the top of the engine and let it trickle its way down.
Bottom line, yes you should rebuild it someday. But as long as you have good oil volume flowing and no unusual noises, I just would not be in a panic to tear it down.
