Well, I had a thread before, but it sort of fell by the wayside, so I'm starting a new one. I bought this sweet looking shovel last year while I was overseas. I got home and was excited to ride it. After about 100 miles and several times being stranded, I decided to drop it off at Doghouse Cycles in Kewanee IL. They have had it for almost a year now. I meant it when I told them I wasn't in a hurry....
Well, as it turns out, the motor was pretty much junk. Time bomb.
So I started out to fix the motor, then just said Fawk it and went the blank check route..
The rest of the paint is done, but I've requested not to see it til I get home from Afghanistan and see it in person. The painter was told to go nuts and have fun, very little input from me.
