1979 FLH - Engine Help

I have a very good friend, who has a 1979 FLH, 80 CI shovel that lost a valve seat a couple of weeks ago. It messed up the combustion chamber a little bit and did some damage to the piston but did not hurt the cylinders at all. He wants to find out just how much it would cost to bore the cylinders, (currently they are 020 over) maybe go to 030 over, repair the heads, maybe even do a port job and possibly change the cam. Can anybody provide a possible price on what all of this would be?

i jumped on these $ amounts for 93evo bottom end and oil pump rebuild,well im here to say when i got it back ,i dident get a invoice,no biggy rite ,unless you try to sell,first ,second open box to see ,and dident even get out ,grab rodsok fells great,started to move them and mywife was standin oh 5to6 feet away and she turned and said ,,whats that noise,,sounds like some **** in there ,,and long story short ,,nothin was cleaned proper to asembly,holes not taped out ,pinion side race,3 oil holes,blew glass or sand out,yep i had to dissasenble and clean every thing,tap,clean holes,press out wheels clean ,man im pissed by now should of done my self ,rods and wheels took to local hd had my old boss ck and these where ok.then oil pump,???sprayed copper coat on f --- gears,this stufs in passeges,,,more work i payed some f--- to do i had to fix ,,had magor back surg in 06 cant be on feet (benchtime) long so ok these prices not worth pain so ill ship to dragon mam and let then do and ill upper end it ,what in sayin is whit my exp/find a local mom&pop shop,club house and or hd dealer that will be strait whit ya,im in pa and can suggest a few shovel shops ,just my 2C,!
