Most times it is because the dash panel on the tank is not centered, and you use that to judge the centerline of the bike. Loosen the nut holding it, and you can move it around to center it easily. Less likley is the rubber dampers on the handlebar risers are twisted a bit in the top tree. Loosen the riser bolts, straighten the bars and tighten it all back up.
