Side mount license plate

I have a 2013 Dyna Super Glide Anniversary edition. I am in Texas so a light is necessary. What is the popular side mount license plate? Vertical and horizontal. I prefer chrome. Thanks in advance

You prefer to move it from where it is to the side?

I'd do vertical. I have both, and keep walking into the horizontal plate. It does not look like it is out very far but still I bang into it with my shin. It's on a Forty Eight that I want to leave stock, so I am living with it.

Be careful with the vertical mount. A lot of states have outlawed them.
Alabama doesn't care, it is against the law but they do not pay any attention to it unless your speeding and then you get 2 tickets.

Road 6 customs. Lots of options, high quality, and cheap! Can't beat that.

I have the vertical mount on my bike. Attaches to the rear axle bolt. and I have the custom dynamics LED plate bolts. I think it looks great and was really affordable. I got the mount from www.road6customs.com for $30 and I think the lights/bolts were on their site also for around $15 or $20. I can send pics if you're interested.

I have the harley bolt on side mount plate bracket on my 06 street bob. It has holes to mount the plate vertical or horizontal. I live in missouri and have had no problems here or in Illinois with my plate mounted vertical. H-D bracket is in parts and accessories catalog.
