Need mid-controls for 94 FXR

My son passed on 9/16/12, with a 6 wk. bout of colon cancer.
His wife wants to ride his 94 FXRforward-control which is a problem
she has an inseam of 28". Now we need to change to mid-control.
And will need a REACH SEAT, as I understand it.
Anyone know of a full set of mid-controls, and what should we
expect to pay for such.
We have all winter to get this change made, and the search has
began on the net and at swap meets.
Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated. THANK YOU!

Michael Psycle will become famous soon enough
Very sorry to read of your loss. This topic has been discussed many times in the fxr section. Take a look at those topics and you'll see some that speak to what you want to do. And others will probably comment here on what you need to do. Again, my condolences on your great loss.

So sorry to hear of your loss ........
As Michael mentioned, the change to OEM mids is a fairly frequent topic here with much info available.
My thoughts are with you and your family.

Dyna forward controls

Sorry for your loss. I had the same problem with my 2004 wide glide I bought through a dealer, which I had mids put on in place of the forwards. The dealer is Harley- Davidson of longbranch nj. It worked out well, but ill still need a lowering kit, since I'm 5'4 and I'm still not flat foot with the progressive 440s. Maybe they can send you what you need if all else fails. Btw- they did use all Harley parts.

Use the progressive drop in lowering springs in the front, go to 11 1/2 inch shocks in the rear, add mid controls and I do think you will be happy. If the bars are too far away change bars and if need be use the straight risers. No pull backs on a super glide, they will turn the speedo downward.
