Burly lowing on a 2009 Dyna Superglide

I want to start off by saying this is an excellent form alot of great info between my wife and I we own three HD's an FLSTN, XL1200N and the newest part of the family FXD. There is a lot smart people out there and maybe some one could tell me if by installing the Burly lowing kit on the 2009 Super Glide if it would void the warranty from HD I am current Deployed to Iraq but when I return after the holidays I would like to install the kit Thanks

I think if you do the installation, it would void the warranty but if H-D dealer does it, you may be ok.

Making alterations to the bike will only void the warranty if the modification contributes to the failure of the original parts.
