I recently installed a Cycle Visions LED taillight and I have had nothing but problems with it I emailed them but I get no reply. Has anyone else had a similar experience with this product line ?

I have never heard of any problems with them. A buddy of mine has one and loves it. I was thinking about buying one myself. I work a block away from Cyclevisions and was asking about them. The owner offered to install it while I waited. I had to go back to work or I would have gone for it. Call Randy in the morning and he should take care of you. They are pretty good guys there.
