Does the MoCo or any aftermarket company have a kit to relocate the tach on a Low Rider up to the center of the handle bars where it belongs? This would also include something to fix the hole in the top of the tank where the old tach was located. Thanks.

The 09 Low Rider and the 06 - 09 Street Bob use the same tank, and speedo. You can remove the tach and use either a Street Bob console or the console from the 08 Dyna Screamin Eagle. The SE console has the hole for a flip-top type ignition switch.
As far as a tach mount, check the HD webite for tach mounts which will work on a Street Bob. I know other owners have found them and easily made them work.
