What's needed to put a 21" front wheel on a Street Bob ?

Recently scored a 21" Dyna Wideglide '06 front wheel to put on my Street Bob.
Would like to know what other parts would be required if someone on the list here has done the swap.
Not looking to go the wideglide route, rather stay with the stock look.

Thanks, look forward to hearing of your experience.

I went through the same thing. I found a great deal on a brand new Wide Glide wheel / tire set up on eBay, unfortunately the Wide Glide hub is too wide for the 06 and up Mid Glide. Your going to have to get a custom wheel set up or use the Wide Glide triple clamps.

Thanks for the info, I just measured up the 21" front wheels ( yes I bought 2 of those puppies ) and you're 110% correct !
Good thing I saved the piece with all the info on the parts required with the part numbers.
If I hadn't said it previously in your thread where you introduced your bike and mods - that's the finest Dyna and factory colour I've seen. Totally the shiz !
I'll get to ordering the wideglide parts required.

Hey WS6, that is a sweet bike!

Did you have to lower the front any to compensate for the larger front wheel or does the lower profile of the tire take care of that? It looks like your bike is sitting pretty level in any case. Any other suspension mods?

Greets

I tried the wideglide front wheel and the hub is too wide for the Midglide frontend. You can use a narrow glide hub and make new axle spacers and a new brake disc spacer. I opted for ordering new wheels from RideWright, they sell the Midglide hub and it bolts right on. The 21 now fills the fender and looks right on my Streetbob. I have the black denom paint and put on 80 spokes with bright red hubs and rims. It looks great.
