Didn't lose any torque or top end, this thing now has 133.7 foot pounds of torque compared to 73 or so it had before the engine swap.
Big engine + bike lighter than a bagger by a couple of hundred pounds = infectious grins during your ride.

No, I like the 103 better than the 110. probably hot rod it. Did a 2011 Deluxe earlier this year (my lady's bike) that now puts out 98 hp to the rear. Plenty, without the heating issues.
Considered going 120 cc cause didn't really trust/like the 110.

Yes, I would...and did. Not in a Springer, but in a SE Ultra Classic. I've got over 7K miles on the 120r, no issues - very happy with the performance. 40 mpg on the highway...all smiles!

The few problems I would worry about is that the flywheel isnt welded and doesn't have a tempken Conversion

I think the CVO 's should be sold with the 120R. That would make them truly special, now that the 103's are common the 110 seems not so fancy.
