CVO Ultra Tour Pack

Has anyone ever attempted to remove the tour pack from a CVO Ultra to make the bike look like a Street Glide. I want to be able to put the tour pack back on when I ride long distances but like the look without the tour pack. My concern is the amp and wireing back there and if not haveing them will effect the radio operation. Relocating the antenaes should be easy.

Yes I've done just that with my 06 CVO. Be patient and carefully remove all wiring from tour pac ,lable and roll and zap srtap under seat area, including antennas. The radio power booster under the tour pac can be relocated to the right saddle bag ,with a small grove filed in the top and the booster velcroed on the front inside bag .The antenna can be purchased at a local auto parts supplier [rubber flex type] and installed under the front fairing and zap straped into place. All necessary HD quick detach hardware can be installed.I bought a street glide seat and detach back rest ,instant street glide good luck ,if you want pics let me know I'll send some along Peter
