for a lack of finding a better place to post this I made a tool and thought to share

I ended up tearing the gear set out and at 7pm I realized a puller and press was going to be needed so I made this one for about 6 bucks don't laugh it works good and smooth

here is a couple different views of it, it is reversible using it on one side will pull it into the bearing as shown in pics and I am sorry I did not take a pic of removal but if you use it on the other side and flip the block to 12 and 6 position flat side against tranny case it will pull it fine with no damage to cases.

next pics show using it * notice I used the old bearing to support the pressure exerted from the puller by placing the old bearing on top of newly installed one also I used a piece of hose to protect the needle bearings when I slid the thread thru the gear (see pics)

*notice the old bearing here being used****

Thanks for sharing, but this isn't CVO related..... It's EVO related! LOL

a better place to post this would be in the "Technical Discussion Forums"......
