Exhaust option for 2009 SERG?

I want to change the exhaust from stock. What options do I have? V&H is the only thing I found from searching. Then tuning? Any help is appreciated.

For the SERG you would want a pipe on each side do to the saddle bag cut outs for a pipe on each side.

The one it seems most people are doing is just removing the cat from the factory head pipe and then a slips ons like Bub 7 or removing the baffle from the stock mufflers and putting Fullsac baffels in.

The next option is V & H dresser duals or the duals with cross over to replace factory head pipe.

Bub is soon realsing their dual head pipe.

I think I am wait until Fullsac releases there head pipe in 4 to 6 weeks. The Fullsac will use the factory heat shields but have a good cross over.

With just his head pipe, and baffels a 8 hp gain and even more in the torque.

Check out the new Vance and Hines power duals, paired up with a set of their slip-ons would be nice! PM or call us if you would like to talk about some options, we would be glad to help!

We obtained very good results with Rinehart slip on mufflers on a 2009 Screamin Eagle cvo Roadglide our results are posted in the Dyno posting forum and also in March 2009 issue of American Iron magazine we tuned it with H-D Supertuner The stock head pipe in 2009 seems to work very well with slip on mufflers

Brad Yuill of Freedom Bros. Cycles up in Reno has just released his new dual exhaust for the Screamin Eagle 110. He's also got the air cleaner and tuner. Complete package for the SE 110 and I got to see it run and hear it and my buddy is very happy with what he got!

Yes, I did get to see the dyno sheet. Let me say, by the way, that unlike most performance exhaust systems....there wasn't any popping on deceleration.

Power came on early, no dips and I don't remember exactly but seems like it was 106 HP and 119 TQ.

Mine on my 103" is 104 HP and 116 TQ and I remeber that that bike was just above mine but seemed much smoother and didn't have the dip that mine does at 22k. I rode with the owner of that bike for two days immediatly after he took delivery back from Brad Yuill. A heavier bike, riding two up and he was able to pull from me, consistantly.

Here's a couple of links to their site.

Speakin of dyno sheets. Here's one of an old friend of mine from Stockton, Gary.......one of his bikes, a CVO. It's pumping 107 HP and 128 TQ......that's why they call it the Tree Stump Puller.

Click on the top dyno sheet to enlarge it.

Steve has head pipes coming soon for it. You are still loosing some power with removing the cat.

My SERG will get the 2.25 Fullsac baffels, TTS Master Tune and his replacement head pipes....

Just an FYI...I just got a kuryakyn catalog and they have exhaust systems for the 2009. Looks pretty good. They have the 2 into 1 into 2 and also a true dual. Personally I would stick with the 2 into 1 into 2. More power.
The V and H looks pretty good. Me personally, I was on the original bandwagon of the SERG and drilled out the cat and cust out the baffles and installed Fulsac's. Great upgrade for less than $150. You will pay + $600 for headers and about the same for slip-ons.
With my upgrade and a heavy breather I got the Super tuner and had a dyno. Went from 78 to 91 hp and 91 to 111 ft/lbs torque at the rear wheel.
Good luck on your decision!

Im going to get me a stock pipe off a 96" bagger, 2 into 1 into 2 but no Cat and then install a set of Fullsac baffles along with a TTS mastertune.
