Well let's see were we should start!!!!!!How much comp are you running with that cam?Who did the Tune? Your Rineharts are not the best pipe for tq.I don't think it's your throttle response,it's your package of parts & your tune!!!!!

Stock 09 RG here, no hesitation at all. I'd agree with the poster above.

That's your problem!!!You not running enough comp for the SE 257!! It has a 48 intake close & 9.3 is not enough.Your tuner should have told you that,so it obvious he's not as good as you think he is!!! Up the comp to around 10.5 or 10.8 and it will run like raped ape. What else did you do to the motor??? Did you address the lower end crank????

Ya wanna keep your warranty?
A non-HD technician opened up the cam chest, exposing the interior to what ever is in his shop: metal shavings, etc...
Then tuned the ECM with a non-Harley tuner. (BTW - I like the TTS MasterTune)
Most dealers may cover the bike if they did the work themselves. Don't get me wrong, I wish you all the luck.

Don't the new bikes come with se255s? If so, you should've left those in there. They quit a little early, but it'd make a hell of a hole shot! You might have also gone with se203 or se204.

The 257 without further modifications is dead wrong for this bike. Way too heavy bike to overcome the very low dynamic compression in main driving range of the engine.
I ran this cam (Andrews 67G, same thing) in my 107 FXST at 10.7 comp with a 2 deg advance key. This thing pulled everywhere from 2000-5500 rpm, but there were other extensive mods.
A woods 6H or similar comes to mind, but they need comp as well.
Are you worried about the warranty?

You can keep the cams if you want, just raise the comp up to about 10.5 or 10.8 to 1!!!!It will wake the bike up.What are you looking for tq or hp??? Or a combo of both?????

Could be. See if your tuner will put it back on and look for the stumble.
Have you/he messed with the throttle progressivity settings?
Where exactly is the stumble? Under what conditions?

It could be just the tune. You don't necessarily have to change pistons to raise comp. You could change the head gasket or shave the head, or both!!!I would start with having the bike re-tuned!!!!
