Need a taller Windscreen

My 2008 Ultra SE windscreen is too short for me, I am getting a solid blast of wind in my eyes and that is great for around town but I would hate to do many 500 mile days that way. What have others used ?
The current screen measures 10 inches from the top edge of the bat-wing to the top of the screen - about in line with my adams apple and is mounted with 3 screws.
Thanks in advance.

Take a look at the Cee Bailey SSC windshield. I'm convinced you can't do any better than this one. Some guys like the Clearview but that's just 'cause they haven't tried the SSC.

I have the new Klock Werks windshield and i can tell you it is worth every bit of the price. No more getting your goggles or sunglasses getting knocked around. More sound from the stereo. It puts you in a air free pocket and at all speeds it really does work. It even looks good on the bike. Call Brian at Klock werks and he call tell you all the time invested in a wind tunnel to make it the best on the market and does work. Just my 2cents. Booggerbe

Thanks guy's, good options but I would prefer to stay with the traditional looking windshield. I also seem to get caught in every rain storm in the area and like the protection that a taller shield offers.
Does MoCo make one ??

Boogerbe, What size Klockwerk shield did you install and how much difference in Height over stock? I am thinking the 12" for my Road Glide versus the 15" stock, and want to be sure I will be in the pocket AND see over the top.

search "fastaire" on ebay. Multiple heights, colors etc around $30 with shipping and you can just throw them when they get scratched up.

I have the H-D tall windscreen, #58314-97, that is in excellent condition, $50 + freight.

Firechief,

Did you get a 12" Klocks or a 12" Harley replacement?

I got a Memphis Shades from my local indy. I'm not crazy about the fact that it is acrylic but at least I now know what height works best for me (12").

Clearview out of Colorado Springs has a decent product as noted above. Simple and clean. Can order with the "re-curve" which adds another 2 inches of protection.

Clearviewshields has a windscreen called Recurve. There is a curved lip at the top that deflects the wind about 2 inches higher than the other windscreens. The curve lets you have a lower (nicer look) but with the benefit of keeping the wind off your face.
