I had a 30t clutch sprocket installed. Can I rest the speedometer using the SERT? Thanks.

A 30 tooth "clutch" sprocket???
If you meant compensator you don't need to recal. the speedo.
If you meant tranny sprocket then you will.

It's off by 5mph at 80 next to a Buddy's bike.

Go'na have to spend $120.00 and get a Dakota Digital unit. Harley also make one but we only use the Dakota unit at the shop.

Speedometers are never accurate...we use a GPS unit on the bike to adjust the bike while at speed. You buddy's might be off 5mph.

Any gear change inside the primary has no effect on the speedo. As Texan said your buddy's bike might be off.
If you don't have a GPS maybe borrow one, check it out, then adjust your riding speed accordingly if necessary.
5mph at 80 is no biggy escpecially if you know.

Steve is 100% correct about the primary and speed changes. I forgot to add that to my post.
