Swodo,
Thank you for showing up and supporting Bottoms Up Bike Fest. Yes, this was the first year so we did expect low numbers and it was hard to sell a first year event to vendors and to the general public but we did have OVER 300 PEOPLE in and out of the gates the whole weekend, that's pretty impressive for a first year event. We did have some quality vendors for the first year. We had Divine Darkness out of Pipestone slingin’ ink, we had Fury Motorcycles show up with multiple Big Dogs for showing and for sale, we had a ceramics vendor, a jewelry vendor, a leather guy that was also selling patches, Pro Tune Cycle brought some very nice bikes, we had Lucky 13 clothing line, Boneyard Art Gallery, a leather gloves vendor and food vendors as well as ice cold beer on sale. We did have 3 vendors that couldn’t make it last minute, one was a Honda/Yamaha dealership, one was a guy that makes custom parts for Yamaha R1 and R6’s, and we had a food vendor that had mechanical problems and was unable to attend.
I hope you were able to see the quality of bikes that entered the bike show ( pics here

The biker games were an absolute blast and everyone had fun, we even had games for people that didn’t ride. You certainly missed a great evening with the band. Everyone was dancing and having a good time.
I won’t even tell you about the wet t-shirt contest you missed then
You mention “More than a few others turned around and left” It’s funny you mention this. We had a large number of people “wanting to know what it’s all about” and wanting to get in for free to “see”…I don’t get it, it’s $20.00. If you stay for 20 minutes yeah $20 may be a little steep for some but I’ll tell you about the people that got there Friday at 5:00p.m. that camped all weekend, the meet and greet under the tent Friday, the awesome live music, one of the best bike shows, partied with some of the best people and made life long friends would say $20 was a very small price to pay!
Once again Swodo, I do thank you for showing up and supporting a local 1st annual bike event. Hopefully you will change your mind next year, it will be bigger and better!
