Well guys this kit has been a huge hit. This looks to be the standard price for this kit. We are extending this price to all of the big bore kits. So 95/ 98 103/107 pricing will be all the same. No reason to pay 600 or more for a big bore kit.

Steve, just confirming your pricing of "Big Bore Kits @ $479.95" includes, piston, rings, cir-clips, Cometic complete top end gasket set and boring / honing the cylinders in your kit... + shipping Correct???

I ask as another thread / post here states that there price, excluding case boring is $465.00 just for the parts + shipping...

If your price includes case boring and all the parts and gaskets that's one heck of a deal...


You should be buried in work...

The kit contains

Forged CP pistons in several compression ratios
Rings, pins, clips
We fit the rings, de burr and install them on the piston. If there is more than .0002 size in one piston to the next that piston and that cylinder and piston marked to match as a set.
Cometic top end gasket kit with a .030 MLS head gasket as standard. N/C for a thicker head gasket if requested.


Now this kit is really for non case bore applications, 95/98 are for a stock 4 inch stroke Stock 88 inch) , the 103/107 are for the bikes that have a 4 3/8 crank ( stock 96 inch)

If we are doing a engine where axtell/ S&S / R&R cylinders are being used and they are bought through us , and we are putting the lower end together we will then machine the cases for larger spigots for no charge. As for the gaskets on that type of build we credit the money from the top end towards a Complete cometic kit and you end up paying the balance.

I'm sure you'll discount the other parts, like Woods Cams if someone wanted a package deal correct???

That kit is as is, but if someone wanted a more pricey woods cam yes we can do that with the kit.
