1990 FXR battery

Hello Everyone.
where should be the first place to look if my battery is losing power. If it's not on the battery tender, then the charge only last for a couple days. its a new battery, and I know that it might be from any number of reasons but I wanted to know if anyone else had a similar situation.
Thanks.

It could be as simple as a loose wire to progressively more complicated problems like a voltage regulator or stator. Use a volt meter to check to see if you are getting 13 to 14 volts at the battery when the motor is running.

GO NOLES!!!
