I had similar problems. I replaced the same three parts first. My front engine mount was extremely dry-rotted. The center section of the rubber had separated from the outer section. One of the rubber eyes on the upper control link was disintegrated and there was metal-to-metal contact.
While these replacements helped some, the vibration didn't go away until the 2 rear swing-arm rubbers were replaced. The old ones were soft and plyable, actually allowing the entire drive-train to sag about 3/4" inside the frame. The new stiffer rubber mounts raised the assembly that amount and keeps it from vibrating against the lower frame section now.
These rear mounts took 7 days for the dealer to get in. Cost was $84 for the pair. The package was titled "Swing-arm isolator mount kit", or similar. If you remove the long bolt that passes through the swing-arm and tranny, examine it's condition. After 22 years mine has worn so thin in the tranny section that I'm surprised it hasn't been sheared. I just threw it all back together to make the state rally last weekend. In a couple weeks I'm stripping down to the frame for a winter-long bike build. Parts like this will be replaced then, of course.
I went with factory parts because of convenience. There's no one around here to accept packages during the construction season. Going to area H-D dealers is much easier. While I didn't mind paying $42 for the front motor mount and $84 for the rear kit, I felt I kinda got screwed on the 2 H-D control links for $49 each. I see aftermarket versions that are half that price and chrome plated.
Good luck
