i can afford to take the risks of a really large engine on a frame that probably wasn't built to handle the engine.
I can tell you that the frame in your FXR was designed and built to handle a MUCH bigger power plant than the one that wound up in it. The biggest aftermarket motor out there will not put a strain on that frame.
