I was curious to find out if there's any reason that one can't make their own oil lines from commercial sources (such as performance car part companies like JEGS or Summit Racing). I don't think it would save a lot of money over oil lines already available and assembled, but I have to say I like the performance look of the fittings. Does anyone know the sizes of the fittings on the oil pump, oil line size, etc? Has anyone done this before...? How hard is it to assemble the hose at home?
