Please help with FXR exhaust

I have a 93 FXR that has a frustrating problem with the exhaust bracket that the attachment point is the three bolts at the bottom of the cam cover. What has happened three times now is the bolts are either backing out or breaking off due apparently from vibration. I fixed it the first time and my mechanic fixed it the second. Now it has done it again. It has been properly torqued and locktite has been used. You can see from the pic that two are missing, the far left one has broken off, the far right has fallen out and the middle is almost backed out. My only theory now is that the clamp to the exhaust pipe has exhaust wrap under it (pipes are wrapped) that could be causing it to vibrate more than if it was metal to metal. Any suggestions, comments or ideas? Thanks in advance!

I can not see the picture but i will take a guess. Is the head pipe tight before the braket below is tighten'd up? if heat wrap is under braket you can see it. Bolts in houseing are stripped? I wrapped mine after install and used red lock tight on case bolts. Still bet the exhaust flang was tight when lower braket was tight'ned bolts were stripped . Is

Thanks for the reply Hardluk1

The threads didn't strip, the bolts just backed out or broke. I'm gonna have to take it to a shop now, the broken bolt is too far in the hole to get out like I was able to last time. I may need a new bracket, the holes are rounded out larger, I guess from years of vibration.

Check front rubber engine mount. Don't buy the cheap one, it's hard as a rock and vibration is too bad for the bolts...

Drill a small hole in the center of the bolt and use a screw extractor to remove it. You can get a set of them at Sears and you will also need a T shaped tap handle. Then use red locktite like hardluk1 suggested and the screws shouldn't loosen up and fall out. Here's a nice set and it comes with the right size drills, then you don't have to look for the correct size.
