For the carb , You have way to much carb with a G so call s&s and talk to there tech people and see if they can help . You might swap with some one that has a E carb ,that would help. Now the oil thang , I also bought a bike that had old oil in it.I took some kenosine and filled the tank twice and drained then bought some regular 20-50 dino oil ran that night and changed refilled and ran it a 100 miles and changed it did that one more time and then filled with the synthetic i have run for years and it ain't hd oil. Mine had sat for 9 years with 6o00 miles so it was sludge. I did take the case vent and run to a simple filter under the bike . It spit out a bunch of yellow cream once and was done ,has run dry from then on and quite clean now . I did chandge the amsoil after 1000 miles and will go to 3000 for now on.
