I have seen FXR's with stretched tanks. Don't know who made the seats but why don't you call some manufacturers directly? I'm sure they've dealt with this issue.

Quite common to have to run a new seat when installing stretched tanks....

You may want to try C&C Seats out in CA. Chuck does some real nice contrast stitching, and his prices are very reasonable. You should provide good pics and measurments, inside the stretched part of the tank too, to whomever you decide to go to for a custom seat.

You could also try LePera, one of there bare bones types, to see if that might work...

I run a Battastini stretched tank and had to have a custom seat made. I wanted a solo so I got a $65 one off of EBAY. Of course it did'nt fit. I just pulled out the staples took the pleather off and went to town with a grinder. It's not perfect but it's OK for $65.
