The short answer is yes, but the bottom triple (stock type)tree may need to be trimmed to clear the neck for a decent amount of steering lock. This may not be a problem with aftermarket triple trees.

i did it by adding a new front rim and brake also
buy the right triple trees i also made the fxst forks 2 inches shorter
i do not think harley makes a set of trees that will work
