Question help with rubber isolation bushings up or down?

I just replaced my final belt on my 99 fxr3 and I cant remember three important things, 1 oops I took off the swing arm blocks and forgot which side they came off of and does the locator pin go up or down?? crap.. I was in a hurry. second does the clutch hub bolt need to be locktighted or is the reverse threads sufficent? the comp nut is locktighted, and finally aligning tranny pulley to rear pulley is this done before the inner primary goes on?? thanks for being sounding board for help, Curt

The locator pins go up, I suggest red loc-tite on both comp nut and clutch nut, never heard of aligning the tranny pulley just make sure nothing is bound up when you bolt the inner primary up.
