Looks like an EVO engine .. And since it mentions 94 transmission it would have to be an EVO.

FXR2 is on a distinguished road
Don't know about a HD Twin Cam motor in a FXR frame but I have seen a Evo-style S&S 124 in a HD FXR frame with no mods. That would suit me just fine as far as a major motor upgrade goes.

Now that I looked at it again, I'm starting to wonder if it's an '89 and not a '99 motor. It has the coil mounted where the horn goes on the newer models, and it has the unpainted jugs like my '89. But didn't some of the CVO's have that combo too?

It is probably a '99 EVO engine. In '99 they offered both EVO's and Twin Cams. They even had a EVO in 2000. Looking at the base of the cylinders it looks like a EVO.
