Wasn't able to start a new thread for some reason. So, I will post my customer feedback here.
I used a set of the stirrups for about one season and loved them. At the beginning of the second season one of the metal clamps broke. I sent them an email, but never received a response. It is because of this I feel their customer service sucks.
