New Thunderheader????

Come on guys, anyone actually talk to these guys? 1-7/8 or 2" head pipes would be trick. Does the length of the megaphone b'tween the 'long' dresser style and the 'short' softail/dyna style change the performance of the pipe???

Not sure about the length of the muffler but the distance & internal volume from the exhaust valve to the collector is key. The sweet spot will be at lower rpms when the length is more.

One example is the D&D Fat Cat. The collector is way far back and that pipe is king of the hill on low end power (2-3.5K).
