Looking for some slip-ons with a bark
I've got a new 09 Street Glide that needs to wake up. Forget the stereo i want some pipes that sing. Any suggestions?

Look at www.bub.com they make the Rinehart line and the BUB Seven pipes. There is a sound byte on the website.I rode the 2009 Road Glide with the Seven Tru duals which run great and sound great. They also have slip ons if you want to keep your stock headpipes.

Just got a set of V&H Big Radius. I'm replacing V&H staight shot slip-ons. Less than 1K miles on them. No other adjustments need to bike. Nice and simple install, and I liked the sound. Don't know if they'll fit your model, but if your interested $100.00. Send me a PM.

Best bark for the buck
IMO, the Samson rolled slipons are the best bark for the buck.

Bob what about the old cycle shacks? Just as cheap, similar looking and i always made great power with them.

Pretty sure I've heard Rush makes an efficient slip on.
How much difference between most of these slip ons?

rumble like you mean it
I run V&H slash cut slipons with a stage I kit and V&H fuel pak and my streetglide boogies with a crisp sound to get the attention of the asleep at the wheel freeway crowd here in the SF bay area.necessary when you split traffic to beat the rush hour madness(24/7) I also put in a set of high performance J&M speakers to still hear the stereo at speed.

I liked the Rush 2" slip-ons that I used to have before going to 2:1.
Very nice bark (especially if you have a cam) but a little loud at cruising speeds.
