2-2 Question for the guru's

im still searching for the "right" pipes for me...i want deep sound, not ear busting, window rattling loud..but loud, if that makes any sense. and i want to increase performance, not loose it. and im not a fan of the 2-1.

ok, now you know what im looking for...any suggestions? i have been eyeing up the v&h big radius, but im concerned they may rob me of low and mid range, and be ear busting loud.

What kind of bike do you have?

That will help us all out in deciding what exhaust you should buy.

Dirtrace95. A good 3into1 can make more hp but can also robe you of some bottomend tq. I had a good 95" build,no hd stuff here. It was a 11 5hp+ to 118hp+ motor and i did change around and workedwith kendall johnson on exhaust to come up with a great combo. For someone with a stock or stage 1 bike , you still have to out perform the stock header and with great mufflers it is verhard to do. You can make a couple more hp ,,just now tq and power where it is needed on a street bike of this stage of tune. S7S slipons for the rest of the line are made by Khrome Werks, but that oval look'n bagger muffler is of there own design and works good just does not sound like some want. KW's bagger mufflers are the best you will find and they are good to a around. Except suspertrapp. but not as loud.

I'm no guru, and I have an EVO softail, but I love my V&H's! Great hotrod sound, but not obnoxious...can be loud if I want them to be...but have a nice low growl to them. I like 'em...

Rush slipon's and you can change the tone by switching baffles if you don't get what you want .They offer different size baffles so you can adjust the tone .

Look at the www.bub.com website They show a video and sound bytes for their new 2-2 Seven system. They also make the Rinehart slip ons,2009 is different fit than 2008 and previous as far as the head pipes go.The earlier slip ons will fit the 09
